Corrections
This is the most useful email you can send. If a citation on this site doesn't support the claim it's attached to, a price is out of date, or a statement has been overtaken by newer research, tell us - ideally with a link. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox, and substantive ones are noted on the page when we update it.
Research and sourcing questions
If you want to know where a specific claim came from, or think a relevant study has been left out, ask. Every physiological claim on this site is supposed to trace back to a linked source; if one doesn't, that's a bug.
Press and citation requests
Happy to answer questions about our editorial method or how the site is funded. The affiliate disclosure covers most of the latter.
What We Can't Help With
We also can't help with orders, refunds, or shipping for any product reviewed here. We don't sell anything and have no access to any vendor's order system. ProDentim purchases are processed by ClickBank, and refunds within the 60-day window are handled by ClickBank support directly - not by the vendor and not by us.
Product Submissions and Partnerships
You're welcome to send a product for review, but three things are non-negotiable and are stated up front: we don't guarantee coverage, we don't share drafts before publication, and we don't accept payment to change a conclusion or a rating. Guest posts and paid link placements are declined without exception.
