How this site makes money, and the rules that keep it from changing what we tell you.

The short version: Gum Health Report earns affiliate commissions. If you click certain links on this site and go on to buy something, we may receive a commission from the seller at no additional cost to you. That is how the site pays for itself.

Which Links Are Affiliate Links

Currently, our affiliate relationship is with the ClickBank marketplace, and it applies to product links in our reviews - most notably on the ProDentim review. Those links are marked in the page's HTML with rel="sponsored nofollow", which is the standard machine-readable signal for a paid link.

Links inside our educational articles that point to research papers, dental associations, PubMed, or government health resources are never affiliate links. We earn nothing from those and never will.

What This Does Not Change

  • We do not accept payment to change a conclusion or a rating. No vendor has editorial input on this site, has previewed a review before publication, or has the ability to have criticism removed.
  • Negative points stay in. Every review on this site includes a section on who should not buy the product, and the specific weaknesses of the formula. If the honest version of a review costs us commissions, that's the cost of the review being worth reading.
  • Price and guarantee claims are verified against the manufacturer's own order page before publishing, and re-checked when we update a page.
  • We don't invent experiences. If we haven't personally used a product, the review says so and confines itself to what the published evidence supports.
Why disclose this so prominently? Because the alternative is what most of this niche does. High-commission supplements attract a flood of near-identical "reviews" with fabricated results and buried disclosures. The disclosure appears at the top of every page on this site, in the author box of every review, and here in full - so you can weigh what you read accordingly.
