- 7 of 7 make you pay the return shipping, and all 7 require you to physically send product back before you're refunded.
- 5 of 7 require you to return every bottle, used or not. One (ProvaDent) only refunds unopened bottles.
- 5 of 7 sales pages contradict their own refund page - on which bottles count, how long the window is, or when it starts.
- 4 of 7 refund pages advise using the product for at least 3 months before deciding - a month longer than the 60-day window.
- The 60-day clock starts at four different points depending on the product (receipt, shipping, purchase, or unstated). ClickBank, the retailer, counts from the purchase date.
- All 7 send returns to one of just two addresses, in Ohio and Colorado.
The comparison
Seven of the best-selling dental supplements on ClickBank: the five the retailer itself lists as its top dental affiliate programs, plus Steel Bite Pro and PurDentix. All are sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee on the sales page.
| Product | 60-day clock starts | What you must send back | Return shipping | Sales page vs refund page | Trustpilot (official domain) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ProDentim | When you receive the package | All bottles, empty or not, plus packing slip | You pay | Contradicts: sales FAQ says return "what you haven't used" | 1.9 / 5 (101 reviews) |
| ProvaDent | Not stated | Only unopened, undamaged bottles qualify | You pay (or refuse delivery) | Contradicts: sales page promises a "full refund" | No meaningful profile |
| DentiCore | When you receive the package | All bottles, empty or not, plus packing slip | You pay | Sales page doesn't mention returning bottles | No profile found |
| PowerBite | When you receive the package | All bottles, empty or not, plus packing slip | You pay | Contradicts: refund page states both 60 and 180 days | No profile found |
| Dentitox Pro | When the order ships | All bottles, plus the return form | You pay | Contradicts: sales page counts "from your purchase" | No meaningful profile |
| Steel Bite Pro | When you receive the package | All bottles, empty or not, plus packing slip | You pay | Consistent | 2.7 / 5 (6 reviews) |
| PurDentix | Date of purchase | "Any unused bottles" | You pay | Contradicts: sales FAQ says return all bottles "even if empty" | 1.6 / 5 (24 reviews) |
"No meaningful profile" means the official domain's Trustpilot page had a single review. Trustpilot profiles for unofficial "deals" domains that use these product names were excluded. Download the data as CSV (CC BY 4.0).
What stands out
"Money-back" means "money back after you ship it back - at your expense"
No sales page in this group mentions return postage in its guarantee section. Every refund page does: all seven state the customer covers return shipping, and none refunds without product coming back first. For a one-bottle order that can be a meaningful share of what you paid, and none of the refund pages we read says the original shipping charge is refunded either.
The empty-bottle rule cuts both ways
Five refund pages require all bottles back - four of them "no matter if they are empty or not." That is better than it sounds - it means using the product doesn't disqualify you. ProvaDent is the opposite: its refund page says "only unopened and undamaged bottles" are eligible, which in practice means you cannot try it and then get your money back for the bottle you tried. Its sales page says nothing of the kind: it promises a "100% Money Back Guarantee good for 60 days" and that you can "request a full refund."
The 3-month advice that outlasts the window
ProDentim, DentiCore, PowerBite and Steel Bite Pro share near-identical refund-page wording, including this: "We usually advise all our customers to use the product for at least 3 months in order for them to prove their effect on the organism before reaching a conclusion." Three months is longer than the 60-day refund window on the same page. Follow that advice and you will be past the deadline before you decide.
Four different starting lines
Depending on the product, the 60 days start when the package arrives, when it ships, on the purchase date, or at a point the page doesn't specify. ClickBank's own return policy counts "60 days from the date of purchase," and says requests after that are sent to the seller.[1] One Steel Bite Pro reviewer on Trustpilot hit exactly this gap, complaining the window ran from the order date rather than delivery.[2] The safe assumption is the earliest date: the day you paid.
Two warehouses behind seven brands
ProDentim, ProvaDent and PowerBite list the same return address in Tallmadge, Ohio. DentiCore, Dentitox Pro, Steel Bite Pro and PurDentix list the same address in Aurora, Colorado. Shared fulfillment warehouses are common in direct-to-consumer supplements, and this does not by itself show common ownership. Separately, four refund pages - spread across both addresses - use near-identical wording, which points to a shared policy template rather than terms written for each product.
Product by product
ProDentim
Sales page: "at any time in the next 60 days write to us and we'll refund every single cent"; its FAQ adds that you "can just return what you haven't used."
Refund page: 60 days "from the moment you get your package"; email support with "Refund Request" in the subject; "Send all the bottles back to us (no matter if they are empty or not)" with the packing slip; "we do not support the return shipping costs"; processing "between 5 and 10 days."[3]
Trustpilot (prodentim.com): 1.9 out of 5 from 101 reviews, 81% one-star; refund friction is a recurring theme. We cover ProDentim in depth in our review and complaints analysis.
ProvaDent
Sales page: "you're covered by a 100% Money Back Guarantee good for 60 days," and you can "send an email to our friendly customer support team and request a full refund."
Refund page: "You have a 60-day window to return ProvaDent for a refund" (start not specified); "only unopened and undamaged bottles of ProvaDent will be eligible for a refund"; "Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges. Or simply refuse the package upon delivery."[4]
The largest gap in this comparison: a guarantee you can only claim on bottles you haven't opened is closer to a return policy than a satisfaction guarantee.
DentiCore
Sales page: "you have a full 60 days to 'test drive' DentiCore for yourself."
Refund page: the same four-step text as ProDentim - 60 days from receipt, all bottles back including empty ones, return shipping on you, and the 3-month advice.[5]
Not a contradiction so much as an omission: nothing on the sales page tells you the test drive ends with posting the bottles back at your own cost.
PowerBite
Sales page: "Your order today is covered by our iron-clad 60-day 100% money-back guarantee."
Refund page: contains both "you have 60 days from the moment you get your package" and, in a separate passage, "you have 180 days from the moment you get your package."[6] Otherwise the same template: all bottles back, return shipping on you, 3-month advice.
If you buy PowerBite, get the applicable window confirmed in writing at the time of purchase - and act within 60 days regardless.
Dentitox Pro
Sales page: "Just contact us in the first 60 days from your purchase," adding that whether you "used up the entire bottle or not, we would still give you your money back."
Refund page: bottles "can be returned within 60 days after they have been shipped"; fill in the Return and Refund Form included with the order; return all bottles; "we do not support the return shipping costs." One genuinely buyer-friendly detail: it states that bottles posted on day 59 still qualify even if they arrive later.[7]
Steel Bite Pro
Sales page: covered by a 60-day "100% Money Back" guarantee, even "if you used up the entire bottle."
Refund page: the shared template - 60 days from receipt, all bottles back including empty ones, return shipping on you, 3-month advice.[8]
The only product here whose sales page and refund page agree on the essentials. Trustpilot (steelbitepro.com): 2.7 out of 5, but from only 6 reviews.
PurDentix
Sales page FAQ: "just return all the bottles (even if empty) for a full, no questions asked refund."
Refund page: "during the first 60 days after purchase, simply call or email us to request a refund," then "pay return shipping to send any unused bottles."[9]
The two pages disagree on which bottles to send. Trustpilot (purdentix.com): 1.6 out of 5 from 24 reviews, 96% one-star, with reviewers describing refused refunds and orders that never arrived.[10]
How to protect yourself before you buy any of them
- Read the refund page, not the guarantee badge. It is usually linked in the footer as "Refund Policy." That page, not the sales page, is what you'll be held to.
- Assume the clock starts on the day you pay. That is how ClickBank counts, and it's the earliest of the possible dates.
- Budget for return postage as part of the price of trying the product.
- Keep the box, the packing slip and every bottle - including empty ones - until you're sure.
- Request in writing, in two places: the vendor's support email and ClickBank's order lookup at clkbank.com, the retailer of record. Save every confirmation.
- Ship returns with tracking, and if a valid request is refused, your card issuer's dispute process is the last resort.
How we collected this
Product selection. ClickBank's own blog names ProDentim, ProvaDent, DentiCore, PowerBite and Dentitox as its top five dental health affiliate programs.[11] We added Steel Bite Pro and PurDentix, two other long-running dental offers on the same marketplace.
Finding the real sites. This niche is full of clone domains. Rather than trust search results, we followed each product's ClickBank link to the vendor's own sales page, then read the refund policy linked from that page's footer.
Customer ratings. We used only the Trustpilot profile of each official domain. Profiles for third-party "official deals" domains that borrow the product names were excluded; several of them carry suspiciously positive scores.
Limitations. Policies are copied as published on October 3, 2026; vendors change them. We did not place orders or test refunds. Trustpilot profiles mostly attract unhappy customers, so scores are a signal, not a measurement - and profiles with one or a handful of reviews tell you almost nothing.
Conflict of interest. Gum Health Report earns ClickBank affiliate commissions on ProDentim. We applied the same reading to it as to the others, and it comes out in the middle of this group, not at the top. There are no affiliate links on this page.
